Project Overview
As the Business Analyst and UX Designer for the 7th GECF Summit website, I played a pivotal role in crafting its sleek and user-friendly design, prioritizing easy navigation and accessibility. Leveraging my expertise in user experience (UX) design and business analysis, I collaborated closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable design elements. In my capacity as a Business Analyst, I conducted thorough stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions to identify key functionalities and content priorities for the website. Through careful analysis and documentation of stakeholder feedback, I ensured that the website aligned with the summit's objectives and met the needs of its target audience. As a Designer, I employed modern design principles and best practices to create an intuitive and visually appealing layout for the website. I focused on optimizing the user experience by implementing clear navigation paths, intuitive information architecture, and responsive design elements. By prioritizing essential information such as agendas, speakers, and logistics, I ensured that visitors could easily access the information they needed to engage with the summit effectively. Overall, my dual role as a Business Analyst and Designer allowed me to bridge the gap between stakeholder requirements and design implementation, resulting in a website that not only meets the functional needs of the summit but also delivers an exceptional user experience for its visitors.
